Prices vary across brands because each manufacturer sets its own wholesale and retail positioning. Temporary markdowns may reflect seasonal closeouts, packaging updates, or supplier incentives.
Importantly, a lower price never changes our quality promise. Every item — full price or discounted — undergoes the same sourcing, inspection, and listing checks, and is covered by the same return and warranty terms.
We guarantee every product we sell is genuine and sourced through legitimate wholesale channels. We do not use liquidation auctions, marketplace bulk lots, or unknown third-party sellers. Every supplier must provide an itemized invoice, which we keep for tracing.
Before publication, we check every product against the brand's official catalogue data — product code, color, size, material, measurements, and included accessories. We photograph the item and compare it to official imagery when possible. Incoming shipments are counted and scan-checked for damage; defective items are quarantined and returned to the supplier.
When your order arrives, we invite you to compare the brand tags, stitching, hardware, and packaging to the listing images. If anything looks different, send clear photos to our quality assurance team. Please include:

Within the service window, we respond with either a prepaid return/refund or a documented explanation with photographic evidence. If an authenticity issue is confirmed, we provide a prepaid return label and a full refund, including original shipping. You may choose a replacement instead if you prefer. Every claim is resolved — confirmed cases get a refund or replacement, and unconfirmed cases get a clear explanation and an open door for follow-up.
